If you were making significantly more money with internet marketing than you do at your sometimes stressful job, would you still continue working?
I wouldn’t either…and thats why I quit. When most people are losing their jobs in the middle of a recession, I quit mines because I’m in control of my own income. That is such a good feeling. I’ll miss some of my coworkers but definitely not the job.
I quit my job so that I could celebrate the success of my online business and so that I could put more effort into building what is mines. I quit so that I can do what I love to do – affiliate and internet marketing.
I would have done so a long time ago but even with quitting your job, you have to have a plan. Savings, consistent income and a general business plan are some of the things you have to consider so that is where I started.
So at last, I’m free.

From one WAer to another, congratulations! It’s great to see people give you their regular work to have the freedom IM offers.
I read on the Forum at WA, you had many people tell you that it couldn’t be done, that it was only for people in the US, not people like you. I am really glad you have proved them wrong.
My family all doubt me too – not my husband, he is pretty tolerant, but my mother is totally scathing! She always says: “Why do you do it, it’s not making money!” But I stick with it because a) I have only been here a short while and I am on week five of the eight week plan and b) I know I can do it.
I take the Winston Churchill approach – “Never give in. Never give in. Never give in.”
Anyway, congratulations!

I never really told people what I did because I knew what the reaction would be and I won’t let anyone dampen my hopes. Thankfully, I am where I’m at today and still people have this doubt about what I do.
Keep doing the 8 week plan and even when you fail remember you’re one step closer to success.

That is totally awesome that you were able to quit your job. That has to be the best feeling in the world…to not only be able to quit but to know that no matter what you have the ability to be in control of your income and finances and not be dependent on the whim of some boss or company.
